Congratulations on successfully becoming a new store manager for Oasis Express Wash. As a store manager it’s your responsibility to enforce all company policies, and procedures. As a store manager you will be required to properly staff your location by hiring employees as needed and provide the necessary training as required. All store manager are responsible for all aspects of the business, such as. Store maintenance, cleaning, and staffing levels. Store managers are responsible for the growth of car volume, revenue and providing exceptional customer service. All store managers are required to work a minimum of five full shifts which equivalates to fifty work hours per week,each store manager may take off two weekends a month when available. As a store manager you are required to ensure that your store is properly staffed and operating even on your day off. There may be a time where you may have to fill a shift for an absent employee and this is expected of all store managers. All store managers are paid salary based on a fifty two week pay period. All new store managers are placed on a 180 day probationary period beginning the date that promotion occurs. During the probationary period a new manager may be demoted or terminated for any reason.
